5 stars isn't enough for this little diner! One of the best breakfast I've ever had! The portions are HUGE and the food was delicious! You will NOT leave hungry! They are big supporters of us in Law Enforcement and the staff made us feel like family. I can't recommend this place enough!!! It is definitely a must try!

Clean atmosphere, excellent friendly service, great food, amazing banana pudding.... It will forever be what every other banana pudding will be compared to for the rest of my life. Loaded hash browns and loaded biscuits are the way to go for breakfast!

When we arrived it was getting close the 3pm closing time. The food was good southern home cooked. I had fried pork cube steak, mac&cheese, turnip greens. Wife had turkey&dressing, fried squash and cranberry sauce. The menu is on a chalkboard, pick your choice of meat and either 2 or 3 vegetables. Desserts were available also but we did not try any. Parking was plenty while we were there but at noon it might be a problem. The restaurant is just one block from downtown Monticello.

We are traveling through the back roads and came across this awesome restaurant. I have to be so careful with what I eat due to gluten intolerance and colitis. This is the perfect place to eat. I had grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans.
